Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience to start?
No. Our Beginner track assumes no field experience and covers tools, safety, substrate checks, and layout fundamentals before any setting material is mixed.
Are your methods aligned with industry standards?
Yes. Courses reference ANSI A108/A118, TCNA Handbook methods, and EN 12004 for adhesives. We teach how to interpret and apply standards on-site.
How do certificates work?
Complete required modules and pass assessments. You’ll earn a verifiable digital certificate and skill badges that map to your learning path.
What if I fail an assessment?
You can retake assessments after reviewing remediation steps. We provide feedback and targeted practice tasks.
Do you offer team or corporate training?
Yes. We run private cohorts with supervisor dashboards, skill audits, and job-specific modules. Contact us to scope outcomes and schedules.
What is your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied within 7 days and have completed less than 25% of a course, request a refund. Team enrollments follow a separate service agreement.
Are tools and materials included?
Courses list required tools and materials. We do not ship kits, but we provide vendor-neutral specs so you can source locally.
Can I access content offline?
You can download printable checklists and diagrams for site use. Video and interactive lessons require internet access.
How long do I keep access?
Individual enrollments include 12 months of access. Team agreements may differ by contract.
